About

Family Fun Day at Chelmsford City Racecourse is back!

Join us on Sunday 14th August for the return of Essex's biggest and best family day out, this year in aid of the brilliant Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.

Be transported to the land lost before time with this incredible Jurassic experience that has taken the country by storm. Take a trip in the gyrosphere, walk with a triceratops, roar with a giant t-rex, scream with a spinosaurus and run with a raptor or why not learn how to become a Dinosaur Ranger as well with life-size dinosaurs that will blow away your child's imaginations!

Of course, there will be some fantastic live racing with more than £125,000 in prize money available, a selection of bars and exciting street food… And don't forget kids go free!
