In this hands-on workshop, young people will dive into the exciting world of music videos! After a fun and engaging introduction to the genre – including filming techniques, camera angles, and storytelling through visuals – participants will break into small groups to create their own film trailer from start to finish.

Using professional filming equipment and editing software, each group will choose a song, plan their concept, and bring it to life on screen. Whether you love performing or prefer working behind the scenes, there's a role for everyone – being on camera is completely optional!

By the end of the day, we'll host a special screening for parents to showcase the finished videos before uploading them to The Offshoot Foundation's YouTube Channel.

Chelmsford Theatre café can provide a lunch box for the young person taking part at an additional cost. If you would like us to provide lunch, please select the appropriate option on the next page.
