On Wednesday 8th May, take part in a FREE Nordic Walking session on Anglia Ruskin University's Writtle's campus.

Up to 20 FREE spaces are available - click here to book your place: bit.ly/4a3Ju98

The session is run by the experienced team at British Nordic Walking and uses poles to work both your upper and lower body. Poles are provided - just wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable trainers!
