A beautiful 21-mile hike on Saturday 4 October 2025, from Colchester Hospital to Ipswich Hospital through the Essex and Suffolk countryside. Perfect for anyone wishing to get fit or take on a new challenge whilst giving back to the community. Walk through picturesque historic locations side by side with our amazing Hospital Heroes Do you know anyone who has worked in the hospital or been treated? Come and support us for a fun day out! Tickets are £20 per person or £10 for ESNEFT staff, ESNEFT students, ESNEFT volunteers and OCS/Sodexo Staff.
