If you are put off exercising then our "Limber and Stretch class" is the one for you! Come and join us on a Friday morning with our fitness instructor Louise for some gentle limber and stretch exercises, the class will focus on flexibility, co-ordination, cardio and balance. You can do as much or as little as you wish! At the end of the class, there will be refreshments and the chance for a chat!
