Join a prehistoric Halloween adventure at Hollytrees Museum this half term. Young explorers can search the museum for hidden dinosaur clues, solve simple challenges and complete a fun self-guided trail designed for children aged 3 and over. Pick up a trail sheet during opening hours and explore at your own pace as you uncover dinosaurs throughout the museum. Complete the hunt and receive a dinosaur-themed prize to take home. Nearby public parking is available at Priory Street Car Park, Britannia Car Park and St Mary's Car Park. The museum is a short walk through Castle Park from the town centre.

Colchester North Station is approximately a 20-minute walk from Hollytrees Museum. Regular bus services stop in Colchester town centre, just a few minutes' walk from the museum. From the High Street, enter Castle Park and follow signs to Hollytrees Museum. Taxis are available from Colchester North Station and the town centre.
