Treat your nursery or preschool group to a magical Christmas experience at Colchester Castle. Specially designed for children aged five and under, these small-group grotto sessions include time with Father Christmas, festive storytelling, seasonal songs and hands-on activities led by his helpers. Taking place within the historic Castle, the sessions provide a welcoming and memorable introduction to Christmas traditions for young children. Each visit lasts approximately 45 minutes and offers plenty of festive fun in a friendly atmosphere. Advance booking is essential, with sessions available on selected dates throughout December.
