About
'Tis 1576, Queene Elizabeth is upon the throne, and the commonfolke of Ingatestone have been granted permission to hold a grayte fayre. Seek the Barber Surgeon or Herbalists for aught that ails thee, see the poppet theatre, man-at-arms, meet the mysterious alchemist, play games, learn the counting board, make pomanders, and watch the sottlers prepare dinner for the gentlefolke.
Whispers of a new employee at the house suggest they may in truth be an exiled priest seeking safety in the employ of Lady Petre. Will you help find them a hiding place? Remember, the Queene's spymaster Walsingham has eyes everywhere.
