Led by fully trained volunteer walk leaders, our free walks are an ideal way to improve fitness or mobility in a sociable atmosphere.

All walks take place at High Woods Country Park, those taking part need to meet at the visitor centre at 10.45am - the walk will start at 11am.

You must arrive at the visitor centre at 10:45am to sign up for the walk, there is no need to book in advance. If you have any queries, email the Countryside Park Ranger Team at education.rangers@colchester.gov.uk
