Join Colchester Museums for a unique behind-the-scenes experience exploring fossil collections from Essex and beyond. Discover objects rarely seen by the public and learn more about the wildlife and natural heritage cared for by the museum. Participants can try photographing, labelling and sorting specimens while supporting the redevelopment of Colchester Natural History Museum. The focus of these September sessions is fossils. Suitable for ages 18 and over. Free to attend.
