A whole weekend of activities has been organised by the committee at Bradwell Village Hall, starting with a Royal Scarecrow competition for parish residents, the results of which can be see around the village over the weekend.

The Coronation Ceremony will be live on the big screen in the hall from 11am on the Saturday. The planned evening entertainment with Spring Heel Jacks ceilidh / barn dance band has unfortunately been cancelled.

On Sunday there will be a special church service at St Thomas' Church, then from 12.00 to 15.00 everyone can enjoy free fun and games on the village hall field including Mr Happy from 12 to 1, Bouncy Castle, Eccentrics collection of vintage vehicles on field, games. Food and drink with Munchies, Ice Cream van, Neolithic Brewery Company, WI tea room, Firepit pizza, or bring your own picnic. The event concludes with the presentation of the Scarecrow competition winners and the giving of Coronation mugs to schoolchildren who live in the parish.
