This brand-new event for Christmas 2022 will transform the Castle Park into a magical illuminated light trail for visitors to enjoy with all the family.
At this sparkling night-time event, organised by Enlightened Moments, you'll be captivated by mesmerising light installations, enchanting wonderland areas and a magical soundscape as you stroll along a specially crafted route.
The Enlightened trail, which begins and ends at the entrance to Colchester Castle, is approximately 1.5km in length and follows existing paths around upper and lower Castle Park so it's accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs.
