During the school Sumemr Holidays Fingringhoe Wick offer a different wildlife and nature trail every week for children to enjoy.

Trail are available from Monday 25th July 2022 to Friday 2nd September 2022 between 10am until 4pm. Suggested donation is £2 per child or if they would like to complete all 6 trails and get a Fingringhoe Trail Passport it is £10 per child!

The trail themes are:

Fingringhoe Wick is a 200 acre nature reserve is situated on the banks of the River Colne with magnificent views over the Colne Estuary and saltmarsh. There is a great range of habitats from heathland, woodland, scrub to ponds and lakes with 9 hides to relax and watch the wildlife from.
The visitor centre includes a well-stocked gift shop and tearoom offering light lunches, snacks and hot and cold drinks.
