Reset and refocus with Little Yoga Studio in our 90-minute yoga sessions, surrounded by nature in the heart of the Arboretum. Suitable for all abilities and experience levels, the yoga practice will focus on gentle movement and breath work, the perfect opportunity to relax, rest and unwind.

Meet at the Visitor Centre by 8.45am.
