Empower Arts bring an exciting, jam packed Play in a Day session to Chelmsford Theatre. Participants will start the day with warm up games and icebreaker activities to get to know their fellow performers, before jumping straight into character and voice work.
After lunch, rehearsals begin. Start with blocking scenes and bringing all the mornings skills to your new role. Then it's time for props, costume and dress rehearsal before it's showtime.
Friends and family can join at 3pm for a full performance to see the work the young people have put together in a matter of hours.

All participants should bring snacks and water for the day, Chelmsford Theatre can provide lunch for an additional cost which can be added when purchasing a ticket.
