Come and celebrate our end of season with the Home Fleet Steam Gala. Our miniature railway will also be in operation. We will be offering unlimited rides with passenger and freight trains, and also undertaking a range of shunting, demonstrations as well as double and triple heading trains. Our home fleet of steam locomotives, Number 54, Jubilee and Number 11 will be in action.We operate unlimited rides between 10.30 – 15.30, the Museum opens at 10am right through until 5pm.
Check out our working Restoration Shed, the magnificent Victorian Goods Shed, period Waiting Rooms & Signal Box as well as the Heritage Centre & Train themed Childrens Playground, our site of over 10 acres is ideal if you would like to bring your own picnic.
