Santa pokes his head out of a door

About

Join Father Christmas in his woodland hideaway and get comfy as he reads you a yuletide tale of the magic of Christmas at Markshall Estate. A special gift awaits, just for you.

Meet the woodland elves as they guide you to Father Christmas’s tree covered nook, in the heart of the Arboretum. Decorated with twinkly lights, settle in to hear a festive tale from the man himself, all about his recent visit to Markshall Estate.

Before you go, Father Christmas will have a special gift for you to take home.

The Orchard Kitchen café will also be open throughout the day, serving festive homemade refreshments. Head to our Shop and Plant Centre for all your gifting essentials from local suppliers, including wreaths from A&J Plants and mistletoe cut fresh on the Estate.

Your tickets include entry into the Arboretum before or after your visit to Father Christmas. Meet your festive helper just inside the Arboretum gate. Wear sturdy shoes and wrap up warm as our woodland hideaway is outdoors. Suitable for children of all ages
