About

Experience the atmosphere, sounds and smells of a real steam railway and get up close to our impressive collection of steam engines, diesel locomotives and vintage carriages. Our visitors love stepping back in time in the nostalgic surroundings of Chappel Station.

Steam engines will be running on these relaxed operating dates so bring the family, bring a picnic and spend the day. The Chappel Station Cafe will be open serving light lunches, afternoon teas, local ice-creams and great coffee in our beautiful vintage railway carriage.
