Road Directions

From Colchester (approx. 25-minutes drive)

Take the exit for junction 28 off the A12 (Colchester Stadium) towards Colchester. Follow Via Urbis Romanae Road and turn right onto the A134 at the third set of traffic lights. Continue 7.7 miles on this road before turning right onto the B1068 (Stoke Road) Follow the road for 0.8 miles and turn left onto Keepers Lane. Keep left as you drive along our tree-lined drive to the Resort.

From Ipswich (approx. 26-minutes drive)

At the Copdock Interchange (Junction 33), take the A12 exit towards Colchester. At Junction 30 (Dedham and Stratford St Mary) take the B1029 (Dedham Road). Follow the road for 0.3 miles and turn right into School Lane. Continue onto Higham Road for 5.7 miles, turning left on to the B1068 (Stoke Road).
Continue for 4.8 miles through Nayland, turning left into Keepers Lane.

Alternatively follow the A1071 from Ipswich towards Hadleigh. Continue for 12.6 miles. Turn left onto Stone St Road. Continue for 1.5 miles. Turn left onto the B1068 (Stoke Road) Follow the road for 0.8 miles and turn left onto Keepers Lane, (approx. 26-minutes).

From Sudbury (approx. 16-minutes drive)

Head east on the Newton Road. At the roundabout get into the right hand lane, take exit onto the A131. Get into the left hand lane, follow the A134 towards Colchester for 5.2 miles. Turn left onto the B1068 (Stoke Road). Follow the road for 0.8 miles, turning right into Keepers Lane.
