About

Musical showman Danny Elfman, the creative maverick behind the sound worlds of Batman, The Simpsons and Edward Scissorhands, is making his mark on the classical world: following his Violin Concerto ‘Eleven Eleven’ and a Piano Quartet, he’s now bringing his first ever symphonic work to life with a bang, pairing his distinctive musical energy with the tremendous forces of the world’s greatest orchestra of teenagers, the 164 musicians of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain. Prepare yourself for the wild and sublime, injected with a healthy dose of teenage energy, and guaranteed to raise the roof.
