About

River Nights - a Summer of Live Music, Cocktails and Merriment in the ancient Audley End Woods.

Bring your friends and join us for what promises to be a memorable summer evening of live music on the banks of the River Cam; enjoying acoustic sounds in the woodlands as the sun sets in our magical glade. Your evening will start with a chilled glass of prosecco on the platform before boarding the miniature train. Then sit back, relax and catch up with friends in your carriage while the train winds its way through the ancient woods. Stepping off the train, meander down the path to a magical clearing, hidden amongst the trees.

You will be served individually crafted signature cocktails, beer, prosecco and soft drinks all evening, together with bar nibbles and stone-baked pizza. Soak up live music again in this unique setting under a canopy of trees; whether you chose to kick off your sandals and relax on the grassy banks of the river, or take to the woodland dance floor, you're sure to have a magical night to remember.

The special line-up for River Nights includes:

Saturday 11th June - Elliot Porter – Pop Up Piano: Order a cocktail and at the same time order your favourite song as a request with our Pianist Elliot Porter. He has such a range that there is bound to be something on the menu for you. Great fun and interactive entertainment.

Friday 24th June - Reeday: One man band personified. Rob manages to perform to an extremely high level using a loop pedal and a keyboard and makes it look easy. Funk n Soul in droves!

Saturday 9th July - The Viking Gentleman: A unique and powerful singer and saxophonist, with covers from modern songs including David Bowie, Bruno Mars and Rag n Bone Man

Friday 22nd July - Roxy Searle: Spine-tingling acoustic singer-songwriter with an individual style. Playing her own tracks and covers, she's sure to entertain.
