​​Resting on yoga mats with bolsters and cosy blankets, you will be guided through different bespoke guided meditations throughout your time with us. During your sacred time, you will be encouraged to journal your insights and meditation visions to reflect on in your own time. Expect a mixture of Spiritual Soft Movement, Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy (your tutor is a qualified Aromatherapist), Soulful Songs & Sound, Collective Pulling of Oracle Cards and a chance to pull individual cards.
