An unforgettable foodie experience in the atmospheric and historic surroundings of the best preserved Norman keep in England.
Begin with a fascinating tour of Hedingham Castle, a 900 year old Keep that has been in the same family since its creation in the 1100s. Learn about its intriguing history, its connection with Henry VIII and the rumours about one of its ancestors.
Next, join our local wine maker and expert, Jane Mohan of West Street Vineyard, in the great Banqueting Hall as she talks you through the fascinating process of winemaking and tasting, before going on to sample seven stunning, locally produced wines with complementary British cheeses. Discover more about food and wine pairing as a whole, including some helpful tips to practice at home.
