About

The Gardens were at the heart of the Easton Lodge World War II airbase, used by the USAAF and then the RAF. The Gardens were a place of relaxation for airmen and women when they were off duty. Visitors will learn about the wartime history of the Gardens and wider area and also local Great War history. Perfect Vintage singing duo will be performing wartime songs; and there will be exhibitions and stalls. The Gardens are a lovely spot in summer, with vibrant colours and lots of shade should it be needed.
